What home care is
Home care means carers visit you in your own home to help with the things you find hard, such as getting up and dressed, washing, meals and medicines. It can help someone stay at home for longer.
Christian Care Homes has provided care for older people in residential care and in the community. Its home care service, Cedar House - The Annex, is registered with the Care Quality Commission at Cedar House, 249-251 Southend Road, Stanford-le-Hope.
